Why do you wish to apply for the Gamemaster position?

I want to create events for people like me who are in weird time zones and can't be active as much during prime hours. I wish to create an environment for those like me to also be able to participate in such activities more often.

What sets you apart from the other applicants?
I got passion and that's all I can say. Where most would phone in and put less effort is where I try to thrive to show my dedication and skill. I take on challenges where I can, I prepare for failure but perform to succeed. I may not be the best at first but I will put forth an effort no matter the circumstance.

Provide an example of an event you can create.
Thinking in the small scale of off hours, I would like to plan a Search and Rescue type mission:

A small team of clone troopers are called into an emergency. A VIP has been taken hostage by the CIS. Intelligence has given us a rough estimation of where he could be hidden. The first step would be to search and acquire a positive ID on the VIP and their location. Perhaps a drone or a smaller team of troops could conduct such an investigation. Once the location has been revealed, the rest of the ground forces would breach the area. They would have to be careful and precise. A VIP is in the area and any mistake could lead to their doom. Trigger discipline must be at its best. Once the ground forces have secured the area and the VIP they will make their way to extraction, where a [BOSS] is waiting to stop their extraction. The troops will have to defeat the [BOSS]. Once done, they will exfil the area and return to base.

Do you understand that abuse of power will result in your removal and blacklist?
As someone who has been on the receiving end of power abuse, I not only understand, but will highly encourage the punishment of others, and ultimately (shall I fall to the Dark Side) myself should such abuse occur. TL; DR: Yes, I understand

What is your prior experience with gamemastering or similar roles?
Right now, none, but you have to start somewhere. Experience doesn't come from nowhere. I have experience with taking responsibilities above myself but other than that, I have no prior experience and would love this server to be the start of that experience.

How do you handle conflict and difficult situations?
I try my best to bring the situation down and hear both sides of the conflict, from those involved and any witnesses. Out of RP it is literally my job to handle stressful and difficult situations so I am confident in my ability to do so here.

What are your preferred event genres or themes?
As I stated previously, I generally want to do more small-scale missions for those who are on during less active hours. So I am not sure how to define it but perhaps "Bite Size" is the best. As time goes on, I would love to do larger scale missions, but I think with my lack of experience doing small scale missions will not only benefit those players but also build experience for myself so I can host great missions in the future.

Is there anything else you wish to add?
It would be shadowing the truth if I didn't mention my activity may be scattered. I work 12 hour shifts but I work no more than 3 days at a time. With at least 2-3 days off after I have completed those days. Most work days I get half of it off, but if we do not have the manning to do so I will work all day. And I won't be available those days. I hope even with this information my application is considered, because I know there are other players in this server like me, and I aim to make this server more fun and available for them.
