Why do you wish to become a High Command Member?:

I wish to rejoin the High Command to continue supporting and advancing the GAR by upholding high standards, fostering professionalism, and providing consistent leadership. My current efforts have been focused on implementing and maintaining support within Naval and Pilot roleplay functions, as well as continuing to work with fellow Command members on moving forward and keeping the Command teams that I would be working with successful.

I also continue to work with JLE and other battalions, trying to do as many joint activities as possible to keep battalion relations going and maintain strong connections between battalions.

As High Command, my goals would be to support the battalions I would oversee. I would focus on keeping cross-battalion activity up as much as possible and being a support and bridge between Command and High Command. I want to make sure the Command Teams are supported as much as possible and have the help they need to continue moving their battalions forward and keeping them successful.

What are the duties of a High Command Member?:

Members of the High Command are responsible for overseeing and supporting all battalions within the Frostbite Gaming Community. Their duties include assisting Command Teams by providing guidance, answering questions, refining documentation, supporting tryouts, and fostering roleplay opportunities.

High Command also collaboratively manages and updates the GAR SOP to ensure consistency across battalions, maintaining standards such as priority protocols, base codes, and engagement practices. Additionally, they monitor battalion activity and performance, identifying areas for improvement to maintain an effective, active, and cohesive Grand Army of the Republic. 

Why should we trust you with this position?:

I feel that I can be trusted with this position due to having been Command, currently being Command, and having been High Command in the past while remaining in good standing. I never misuse my position or rank and always try my hardest to be as diplomatic as possible.

I have built strong relationships across battalions through diplomacy and cooperation, ensuring effective coordination during missions and events. I believe that being entrusted with a High Command position would allow me to continue this efficiency moving forward.

How often can you be online?:

Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday - 2-4 Hours  (depending on work schedule)

Saturday/Sunday  6-8 Hours  (depending on work schedule)

Due to being a teacher, my schedule can change due to music events that occur. Even if I am offline of GMod, I will be still present across the Discord if I am needed.

Do you have any warns?:

During my time on the server, I have never received a warning.
