What experience do you have that is relevant for High Command (Command and High Command Ranks from current/past servers):

I have been part of the server for over a year now and have been in all parts of the sector. I first joined as shock and worked in the security sector, then moved over towards 21st where I started my career long SF career. During my time in SF I learned that being SF meant a ton to people whoever SF is always shadowed with players that looked down upon others my goal when reconstructing SF was to ensure that everyone is to be treated fairly and all members in Frostbite have the opportunity to become SF. I joined Rancor and became the first Command member as Havoc and helped build up Rancors numbers on Alin base, then getting promoted to Commander Colt. Holding the flag on what it means to be SF with the skill set that I showed with helping in making RC management and HCOM above me at the time saw fit for me to become HCOM. I have been helping SF stay stable and finding new leadership and continuing to lead not just SF put every battalion that I oversaw during my time in HCOM.

Why do you wish to become a High Command Member?:

I have a ton of knowledge still to pass along while I am still here and I do not want to waste it and not be able to give it to the next generation. During my time in HCOM it has been a challenge but one that has grown on how a leader should act and hold himself accountable, that is why I want to move up I have messed up while climbing the ranks and learned hard and easy lessons. Those all have shaped me into a leader that wants to be positive and set people up for success instead of leaving them with unfinished work. This job is a mentorship job and I want to make sure that when I am gone I know for a fact that I gave it my all and I am fulfilled with my work that I put into others.

What are the duties of a High Command Member?:

The duties of a HCOM member is to stay calm under pressure and to always be the strong leader that is always looking in the positive direction. Helping those that are on the server understand and build relationships with the community to give a fun out look on gmod for everyone on the server. We are also called to make the hard chooses when punishment needs to be handed out, and also hold everyone accountable equally under HCOM watch. But I believe we are to protect those that feel like they are a target and defend our members from harassment, trolls, and negativity.

Why should we trust you with this position?:

During my time in HCOM I have learned a ton and gained so much knowledge from those above me. Like those who came before me I want to be able to lead other HCOM members on the path of learning to word with others, having the hard talks, keeping an open mind, and learning to accept other opinions that different people hold. Am I perfect, no but there is one thing about me that is true I always over come and come back positive and never let anything hold me down I mad mistakes, terrible calls like refs during games, however that won’t stop me from being the best human being that I can me towards all members on the server.
