Yes you did not kill her but you did still attempt to twice which is on clip along with you admitting to doing it.

Even if the gun is what killed here in the end dies not change the fact u ran into her twice and doing damage to her. Which my clip shows.

while it is an ec, shouldnt be even killing EC's or ramming them with vehicles at all, thats for infantry, vehicles should not be used to kill EC's

Respectfully, I do understand that should not be allowed. However, this should be verbally warned for instead of jumping straight to a warn without 0 conversation. I see too many situations where people jump quick to hostility and emotions than actually correct the issue. Wimker was not aware of this rule and matter of fact was sure that his Gunner was afk, until it was confirmed otherwise. Also Wimker has been nothing but a good player as well has no previous warnings.

I was inside the TX at the time this happened, while inside the tank both, me and Wimker thought Pap (who had been AFK) was in the gunner seat, while yes VDM is in the MOTD. Wimker at the time didn't know that, and continued to do what he thought was allowed, and practically the only thing he could do while in the tank. Until Gree (Vexin) told him to stop the VDM, which he did.

I'd also like to add that Wimker hasn't gotten a single warning in his time in the server, and jumping past a verbal straight to a normal warning with no talk, no sit, only a you're getting warned, and you're getting striked by your command is wild.

Sure, he is in my regiment but based on the information the warn is bull shit. Loona decided to warn him without talking to them which is a no no because it does not let the person receiving the warn give their side, so they cannot explain their side or show proof of what was happening. This seems like a case of being mad and warning out of spite. I have nothing against Loona, but I have told her that not bringing people to sits before issuing a warn will come to bite you in the ass because it has to me out of all my experience of staffing. All due respect this warn is bull shit with Wimker not having ANY prior warnings or verbal's. Going straight to a warn on a dedicated player on your server who hasn't received even a verbal warning before is straight up stupid. I do understand that a written and verbal are both staff discression but I think the verdict was made out of spite without talking to them prior, which I talked to them after, and they showed remorse and lack of understanding of the rule.
