About 30 - 40 hours a week

What Previous experience have you had if any?:

I have only ever been staff on this server.

Why should you be given a chance to join Junior Management?:

I feel like I have shown why with what I have accomplished in the admin team in a short amount of time I managed to sort out a time for admins to talk about who needs promoting and who to keep a eye out for in case they need help or are doing bad at they job. I have been in support staff majority of my time in staff and being available in discord while taking tickets and helping where I can.

Why should we pick you over other candidates?:

I can bring new opinions and ideas to the team whiles keeping the server moving in the right direction.

Provide three strengths that you posses which you’d bring to JMT which you’d use to benefit the Staff Team:

1. I can keep a cool head when it comes to dealing with people and being mature when needed to keep staff in check, keeping up to date with what staff are doing whiles being available to talk to.

2. I can lead, The actions of my commander careers should show that I can be there for the people that need me and I have made changes within the admin team.

3. I am determined to show my dedication to staff and management with being someone that you could rely on to get stuff done. I don't have any problems with listening to higher ups and following orders that needs to be done.

As a Superadmin if you see a Staff Member overusing curse words, being aggressive and overall providing subpar assistance, how would you go about dealing with that situation?:

I would talk to them and try to find out what's going on to see if they need help within staff while providing assistance, I would help if they need it by letting Staff leadership know about what's going on and if they do not improve punishment will be handed out accordingly.

What do you believe makes a quality Staff Member?:

My time is staff has shown me what I need to do to be a quality Staff Member. Dealing with people you need to have a cool head, listening to what both sides have to say, Being able to have good judgement in situation while not being bias based on your opinions or friends.

As a Superadmin you’ll have the responsibility of handing out punishments possibly resulting in backlash, would you be able to handle said responsibility?:

I would as I have already had to deal with it.
