Why do you wish to become a 2LT?: Well I have been looking around in the regiment and paying attention to everyone in server and out and I've noticed that my command team and officer team are usually to busy to handle stuff like light desk work and the such. I figured I am interested in assisting them and decided to join the officer team and help out with the load. I'm also dedicated on helping the 41st in achieving it's previous glorious status and returning to the glory days of activity and a amazing regiment.
What makes you qualified to become a 2LT over other candidates?: Well i am good at assisting others and taking command when necessary and instructed to do so. I can also provide guidance to those who need it. I possess good leadership skills and I can provide a lax but in shape vibe to the officer side of the 41st. Meaning that I can be nice and do what is needed when necessary but I can also get serious when absolutely necessary.
What is the job of a 2LT in the Battalion?: My job is to ensure that the performance of the regiment is up to standard and to lighten the load and to handle the light request and needs of the regiment. I am also responsible for keeping the regiment in line and making sure that the regulations and rules are followed. I also have another job of making sure that all my troopers are equipped and ready for any situation presented to the regiment. I also hold the responsibility of taking command of platoons when instructed and relaying important info to the officer/command team above me.
Why should you be trusted with 2LT?: Well I can bring a nice atmosphere to the regiment. I am dedicated to the regiment and I feel that I can bring alot of positives to the team such as knowledge about our job/focus on the battlefield. I am also good with commanding others and following commands to the T. I can also offer quick thinking and adaptability to the battlefield and situations that may present themselves.
