Why do you wish to become a 2LT?: I hope to help out the battalion and assist the Squad lead in whatever capacity I can. My wish is to be what this battalion needs to help grow and prosper while also assisting fellow RC and Squadmates and providing activities for RC and others to attend.

What makes you qualified to become a 2LT over other candidates?: I have plenty of experience from being an officer in 212th as well as command. I understand the duties of an officer to their battalion as well as an understanding of command duties such as Hosting sims and tryouts as well as trainings to keep battalion standards up. I also have experience with SF in general from being 212th ARC and Rancor.

What is the job of a 2LT in the Battalion?: The Officer is the link between the NCOs and Command they help by providing info and assisting NCOs with Tryouts and SIMs while also being a role model for them and enlisted, they also help and inform Command of the wellbeing of the lower ranks of the battalion and can share any grievances that the NCOs and Enlisted need sharing to Command. Officers, on top of tryouts, host SIMs and Trainings to provide activities for others in or outside the battalion as well as trainings to keep battalion effectiveness high.

Why should you be trusted with 2LT?: I have Experience being an officer and Command for 212th and I effectively understand the duties of one. I also have a good understanding of SF and its ins and outs with its operations. I also have been with this battalion for quite a while and have done my best to help and be as active as possible
