Why do you wish to become a Command member?:
I’m overall a very active Jedi, I try to get on the server whenever I can within my timezone and I have alot experience in command positions within Jedi, I have risen ranks becoming Obi-wan, Plo koon and Yoda to name a few on many different servers, although these aren’t my only command member positions as I have led 501st, 21st, 41st and 27th (shock) on other servers as clones/imperials. Over my 5 years of Jedi and over 4000 hours on GMod, I have led almost anything and revived battalions. Currently, I believe the Jedi have an issue; I feel as though the Jedi have taken a preference for duelling and forgotten the ability to roleplay. We rarely do actual roleplay and more so care about duelling ECs rather than reasoning like Jedi would attempt to do. I hate the idea of referencing lore, but I'm going to here, Jedi would utilise their lightsaber/force as a last resort, trying to de-escalate situations rather than utilising violence instantly, I want to push for a change on that, I have currently been taking the personal path towards roleplaying more than combat but I feel as though in my current position I can’t push that perspective into peoples views that we shouldn’t be so reliant on our combat ability. Moving on to Command within the 41st as of writing this I feel that the command structure is doing well although there is a low population count, I believe that 41st is in itself and interesting battalion but I feel as though they get undermined by the more noticeable battalions like 501st and 212th, this itself is not the “issue” as its common and not irregular on many server, so I would push to tryout more and ideally see where the flaws are within the 41st and offer a new perspective. I do enjoy the company of the 41st. I resonate with their attitude to have fun but not overstep the boundary of roleplay.

What are the duties of a Command member?:
Command members have many duties although there are some set in stone like attending the command meeting, ensuring the roster is up to date, ensuring the battalion is happy and that people want to join the battalion, I also believe that command have a duty to represent the battalion as a whole, from handling concerns to de-escelating tensions that may arise from conflict, Personally commanding positions are much less of an appointed military commander and more of a representative, almost like a senator, and I believe my duties as a Jedi Commander would be to follow that, I want to roleplay with the battalion ensure that they enjoy what they do and ensure that their concerns, opinions and feedback is noted without fail. This should be common practice if it isn’t already. I prefer to play more of a “supporting” command member than one that leads with an Iron fist, per se. I have always preferred troopers to give feedback, as I have a firm belief in the term “If I don’t know the issue, I can’t fix it”, which I feel is completely true in its saying. I have already detailed a lot of my plans and goals above, but if anyone has any questions, don’t be afraid to ask, and I will respond ASAP as I try to check my app daily for any feedback or ways I can improve, not only as a person but as a voice for people.

Why should we trust you with this position?:
Since joining, I have fallen in love with how the server operates, I am a firm lover of the “Semi-Serious” tag which is actually “Semi-Serious” I love to have fun but I do lock in with roleplay when situations call for it, I have been nothing but persistent in achieving my goals and ensuring that I remain a somewhat well-liked member of the server, In my opinion there isn’t just simply one reason you should trust me, I’m charismatic, trustable and assurant, I push for the best in others no matter the situation and thats all I have ever wanted with anything I do. In my personal life, the point of living is to push others to be their best in life because in all aspects of living, we are responsible for one another. As a Commander, my troopers' failure is my failure, my troopers' sadness is my sadness. This has gotten quite philosophical for being an application. I hope my point is made on why I can be trusted with such a position. My personal Views, my activity and my relationship with players on the server, I hope vouch for how much I can be trusted

How often can you be online?: Almost every day for at least 2-3 hours, this isn’t a static number; some days I will be on for a longer period of time, others for a shorter period of time.
