Why do you wish to become a 2LT?: I'd like to become a 2LT because I have a strong drive to enhance the playing experience not only for myself, but for those around me. When I first joined this server and got introduced to the members of Rancor, I knew I could see this group as one I stick with long-term. As an officer, I'd be a role model and supportive beacon to the ranks below me, and act as a representative and advocate in front of the ranks above me.

What makes you qualified to become a 2LT over other candidates?: While I am new to the server, I am not new to leadership. I've held many officer/management positions in groups adjacent to this one, and I know the commitment I've shown thus far will only increase if given the opportunity to serve in the officer ranks.

What is the job of a 2LT in the Battalion?: The role of 2LT on the Battalion-level is one concerned with leading the battalion during events and being responsible for the induction process of new members/NCOs.

Why should you be trusted with 2LT?: I should be trusted with 2LT because I've shown capability, competence, and compassion for & towards my peers. I promise to be an officer who is active, reliable, supportive, committed, and uplifting.
