Why do you wish to become a Command member?:
I wish to become a command member because I want nothing but the best for Rancor and Special Forces as an entirety, Im also willing to work hard and take on a greater responsibility within Special forces to represent and lead Rancor to the best of my ability and I believe I am ready to step into a higher leadership role and take on more of the expectations needed of being a command member within SF. My goal is to not go for power or to rank at all, but to help Rancor grow into something better than it already is, I also want to work with my fellow command members of not only SF but other battalions and my future command team to help build up Rancor and SF to make it both enjoyable and respected by upholding the proper standards and discipline needed within Rancor and SF.

What are the duties of a Command member?:
The duties of being a command member is to not only build but to support and to take charge within your battalion. From not only just missions, SIM's, Patrols, Trainings and Events, But to also take charge in ensuring proper communication, discipline and activity within your battalion. This includes maintaining and updating rosters, planning for future changes and expectations, and ensuring sub battalions are functioning effectively. This requires not only alot of team work but also communication not only with your fellow command but with your low command, officers, and even NCO and Enlisted not to forget High Command. This is to ensure that any concerns or feedback is taken well and that the needs of the battalion are being met. With this might come some conflicts within and even outside of the battalion and you must be prepared to deal with and resolve those problems effectively, Making the difficult decisions and upholding the standards of not only SF but the battalion as a whole.

Why should we trust you with this position?:

You should trust me with this postion because I have shown dedication, a strong work ethic and the ability to perform and lead, while communicating effectively and I know I may have left in the pass but I am fully ready to take on the responsibility for a long period of time while ensuring the proper growth and success of Rancor. I can be trusted to represent the battalion with integrity, make decisions with proper communication and efficiency while ensuring the needs of the battalion and the people in it are met. While also holding up the standards of not only my fellow command and battalion but also myself as well. I am not only prepared to learn more than I already know but prepared to use my previous knowledge as command for both Rancor previously and 501st to benefit Rancor to the best of my ability. Finally I am willing to put the time and effort needed to ensure Rancor and SF is held to the best capabilities possible.
