Why do you wish to become a 2LT?: I am wanting the role of officer within the battalion because I want to play a more active role and in the growth and long-term success of the 41st. Stepping into this role would allow me to better guide and support the members of the 41st by giving them clear leadership, effective training, and the resources they need to perform at their best. I am dedicated to making a strong, positive environment where teamwork thrives, and standards are continually raised. By accepting the responsibilities of an officer, I aim to grow are lovely 41st

What makes you qualified to become a 2LT over other candidates?: I believe I am a good fit for this role because of my experience and attitude. I have had previously leadership positions such as 2LT and CPT on other servers, which taught me how to lead others and set a good example. I also have experience creating and editing documents, which can help keep communication clear and organized within the 41st. On top of that, I stay calm and fair when making decisions, allowing me to lead without anger or bias in any situation.

What is the job of a 2LT in the Battalion?: The role of a 2LT in the battalion is to uphold the standards of the 41st and lead by example through commitment, dedication, and strong actions. A 2LT is also responsible for encouraging and motivating those under their command to always perform to the best of their ability.

Why should you be trusted with 2LT?:I am a strong candidate for the position of 2LT because I have the leadership skills, dedication to the 41st, and willingness to lead by example that the role requires. I have proven that I can stay calm under pressure and make sound decisions, allowing me to remain fair and objective in all situations. My previous leadership experience has helped me develop the ability to effectively manage, support, and motivate those under me.
