I wish to become a Command member to help lead organize and improve the regiment's overall performance I want to support both enlisted personnel and NCOs ensure standards are consistently followed and contribute to a disciplined active and respectful environment I aim to help improve coordination activity and communication within the regiment while setting a strong example of professionalism and responsibility I believe my experience dedication and commitment can positively impact the command structure and help the regiment continue to grow.

What are the duties of a Command member?:
A Command member is responsible for leadership decision making and overall oversight of the regiment This includes enforcing rules and standards planning hosting and supervising trainings and operations and ensuring all activities are conducted professionally command members are also responsible for mentoring officers and NCOs monitoring and maintaining activity addressing issues and conflicts fairly and ensuring discipline and structure are upheld at all times additionally they represent the regiment in a mature and responsible manner communicate effectively with other command staff and make decisions that prioritize the regiment's success and long term stability.

How often can you be online?:
I am able to be on the server often within the week, however there will be times when I will be preoccupied with IRL duties. However, I am still able to be contacted via Discord for the majority of the time.
