I effectively manage troopers in both high-pressure and routine situations, striking a balance between discipline and approachability. My time as CSM has developed my organizational skills, communication, and respect for the chain of command, all essential qualities for a 2LT.

What is the job of a 2LT in the Battalion?: The role of a 2LT is to act as a junior officer and leader within the battalion. This includes overseeing squads/platoons, coordinating with NCOs to ensure troopers are trained and disciplined, assisting in mission planning, and ensuring orders from higher command are carried out effectively. A 2LT serves as a bridge between enlisted/NCOs and higher-ranking officers, while also mentoring troopers and supporting battalion growth through activity, leadership, and responsibility.

Why should you be trusted with 2LT?: I have earned trust through consistent leadership, maturity, and dedication. As CSM, I have demonstrated responsibility, enforced rules, and maintained a positive environment.
