Adding Thermals onto Shock ARC

Why add this?:

I’ve been notified that ARC are supposed to have this and it wouldn’t really change too much within Shock ARC to have. This would help Shock ARC that are pursuing any criminals as well alongside helping them on SF Missions. This is overall a beneficial change that will help Shock’s ARC Unit by providing them the equipment they were supposed to have in the first place.
