Why do you believe the warn was false?: While I dont think it was a false warn; it was during downtime and when I first joined the server.

Any Evidence to backup your case? (Suggested): I was siting in main base as a bounty hunter about to get off when a shock enlisted walked up top me and asked who let me in. I said myself cause my keycard lets me open the gate. He said he was going to arrest me and I since I was about to get off I just didn't want to deal with it and kill binded. He then tp'd me to a sit room and talked to me.

In your report, you admitted to K-Tapping to avoid punishment, meaning the original warning was valid. However, I have decided to remove it for a couple of reasons.

First, you mentioned that this occurred during downtime. While we do tend to be more lenient when the server has a lower player count, this does not mean that the rules are completely void during those periods.

Second, this appears to be the only warning on your account. Based on your record since then, you have demonstrated good behavior, especially considering you have since joined our staff team and currently serve as a GM Senior Moderator.

To be clear, the warning itself was valid. However, due to your good behavior since the incident and the circumstances mentioned above, I am willing to remove it as a one-time courtesy.
