Why do you wish to become a 2LT?: I wish to become a 2LT to further my training capabilities and grow to assist my battalion more in the background. I want to assist on a deeper scale and encourage and assist in the Delta Squad. At an officer level, I will have the authority and ability to have more trainings and teachings for the newer recruits and NCO's. I want to teach others the abilities of an SF, and teach others how to be a future command member.

What makes you qualified to become a 2LT over other candidates?: I believe I am qualified as I have held many positions of leadership in other lands including General, Commander Boss, Kit Fisto, and many other leadership roles over many different groups of individuals. I have lead everything from small groups and teams, to entire server populations, and everything in between while on Garrys Mod. I believe I have proven myself within the Republic Commandos, and as well to the Deltas. I have worked very hard in RC to push for a positive experience, as well as a learning experience in both battalions at the same time. I believe I have accomplished this. I have assisted in the creation of the basic documents of RC, and want to assist on a deeper level.

What is the job of a 2LT in the Battalion?: A 2lt's job is to me the new mentor for both NCO's and the Enlisted. They are to be looked up to, as well as different responsibilities from both a RP perspective and a Personal Perspective. They are to work closely with the VCMDR+ and ensure that the NCO Corp is steady and ready for the next step! Working on documents and the background stuff are the grunt work of the job, and will be completed as well, but it is more about training your replacements at some point, and ensuring they have every tool to succeed.

Why should you be trusted with 2LT?: I have been trusted as a high member of staff, and I have no intentions of harming or regressing the beautiful progress that this server has accumulated, and I have every intention of pushing that progress forward and beyond! I believe I can be trusted because I have put alot of time into how I lead, and how I help and assist in the leading of battalions, and teams. I do not have one black mark on my record, and I thrive on this fact.
