Why do you wish to become a Command member?:
The reason I'm writing this application is to become a command member and help further within RC . I want to assist Joker with the battalion and support everyone , from the lowest rank to the highest . I want to gain even more knowledge in this position, not because I don't already have it from past experiences , but because we are always learning and evolving as human beings.
I want to take on even more responsibilities to assist Joker and the rest of the officer team , as it's beneficial to have more people to help.
I believe I can do even more than I have done in RC if I get the Niner position. I would continue to assist with the regimental growth, not just in quantity, but by working on each member's qualities and shaping them to become better members of RC, or at least trying. Of course , I will also help with paperwork (documents).
I want to change people's perspectives so that they stop thinking that just because we are RC, we think we are the best. Here, no one is better than anyone else; we are all equal. Maybe each of us has something better than someone else, but that happens in daily life, whether at work or at school. We are not better than anyone else.
Let's stop fighting about it and make something great by connecting all battalions, doing joint trainings, or even more missions, and I believe our relationships with the other battalions will grow.
I want to push the lower ranks and motivate them to do more training, tryouts , and even have the initiative to go for GC in events. I'm always available to speak if any of them have an issue ; even if the issue is small, speak out - don't let burnout hit you.
This is the reason I'm applying for this position; this will be a mission, and I will do my best for it.

What are the duties of a Command member?:
Their duties are to lead their members and show them what is right and wrong, helping them in their progress and growth in the battalion, motivating them, and making them see a familiar face and not just another guy thinking he bosses around.
A Command member needs to show them that sometimes we have funny moments and other times we need to be serious because of the battalion we are included in.
A Command member needs to set the example for all members in the battalion, from the highest to the lowest ranks.
They need to show they can be trusted , which is one of the most important qualities a command member must possess .
Why should we trust you with this position?:
I have been playing Gmod for over 8 years, and in most of the servers I have participated in, I have held many positions and played various characters in my time RPing .
I'm a peaceful and calm guy who respects everyone . I can be a fun person, but when things go wild and I need to be strict, I ensure people understand there is a line between fun and messing around . I am honest, always ready to hear any feedback, whether good or bad , and fix it . When something happens, I will never pick a side until I hear both sides to understand and try to help both parties .
I always listen to all feedback/criticism, whether bad or good , to improve or change my way of command, behavior, and any necessary changes in the regiment, helping lower ranks improve and become good soldiers and future examples of officers to others in the regiment . I always listen to both sides of the story in case something goes wrong in the battalion, treating everybody equally and avoiding favoritism.
I already have past experience on other servers as mentioned before. I know each specialization for each squad and its members (lore characters ) and how they should act in battle .
One of my specialties is giving direct and concise orders/objectives and being straightforward instead of lengthy ones, as this makes communication clearer and less confusing.
In battle, I love keeping the comms/radio clear, so when I see people start chatting or saying random dialogue instead of reporting important information, I will shout and call their attention because sometimes they cut off people who have something important for the war , and they get ignored.
As I said before, we can have fun times, but when I need to be strict, I don't hesitate. If I see someone exhibiting bad behavior and showing a poor image of the regiment, I will first discuss it with the Officer team about how to address it and, if necessary, report it to the high command to decide how to proceed .
I always do my best in RC and demonstrate activity from our battalion . I'm quite active and always try to help new recruits with any questions they have about our battalion. I also actively recruit new members to our battalion, so I believe I'm a trusted member of the RC, and I want to prove that I can do an amazing job with the RC.

I am always online but remember I’m GMT +0 but that’s not a wall on my side since I’m one of the active members of the battalion. I know you might didn't saw me somedays but it was the holidays so I spent sometime witht the family but now I'm back to the activity!
