Why do you wish to become a Command member?:

After being static & content at the officer level for so long (and totally not being told i should apply by several people) im finally ready to move up and take on more responsibility in medical as i feel like i can have a more positive impact especially with my activity coming back up 

How much time do you have on the server?:

What are the duties of a Command member?:

Being responsible for Communication Between Battalion & HCOM, Advocating for the battalion,  Maintaining the SOP(s), representing the battalion aswell as upholding battalion standards of conduct, Organizing activities within the batt & outside with cross training.

Aswell as generally filling the gaps when required
i.e assisting sub-unit recruitment, assisting officer-level activities/flagups

Why should we trust you with this position?:

I’ve been in this server for 2 years and at no point have i been Warned, Banned or Striked (For anything more than missing quota a handful of times) and contrary to what my note on the roster says I HAVE BEEN ACTIVE frfr

  As for actual experience in command several HCOM members that’re from GL know & have seen im capable of all qualities needed in a command member from the year and a half i spent as cmd there specifically as medical, on FBG id like to think that i’ve also demonstrated that when it does actually matter i’ve been able to communicate effectively and handle what needs to be done
