Why do you want to be a member of support?: I wish to be a member of support because I want to pursue a a further path in staff career, and I know doing this will help. I also want to become support so I am able to further assist members of discord, setting their roles and helping people figure out stuff

Why should we trust you to become a member of support?: I feel I can be trusted as I feel I have proven myself in wanting to help out the server, and have shown ambition

Are you familiar with ALL of our community guidelines and procedures?: Yes, i go over the guidelines quite a bit

How would you greet someone who has a problem with their ticket?: start with "Hello, (name), I will be assisting you today." if the ticket shows what the problem was, ill say "I see you are having the problem of X, I will do my best to assist". if not, i will ask them what are they are having a problem with, then proceed to get any information, screenshots, etc necessary.
