# 2Bh6aSWv1kpehgDiWhat is your In-Game Name?: Rancor MSGT(Charlie 003) Ryuu 2148 / Padawan III Ryuu
What is your Steam Name?: Omega Ryuu
What is your SteamID?: STEAM_0:0:47956434
Time zone: Eastern Time Zone
Do you have any past experience staffing? (explain): Yes, I was a Past Admin on GFL CWRP and Sith Servers for over a year intill the server shutdown. I was then an Admin on Pivotal United CWRP Server for 6months intill they also shut down. I was also a Discord Moderator on the GFL CWRP Server. I assisted both as an Admin and a Gamemaster assisting with events, Trainings, Sims and mini events. I also have a very deep knowledge of the Quest system being used.
When did you start playing in this community?: I played this server before in the past and have recently joined back missing the CWRP Community
How many warns do you have?: Zero
Why are you looking to join the Staff Team and what can you bring to the team & community? : I can assist with daily staff issues and events on both sides. I bring experience with both and already have a very large number of droppable dupes in an instance to assist with sims and trainings. This includes a bunch of Jedi Sims and trainings. I believe that with my knowledge I can assist the community to my fullest with the support and continued growth.
Whenever dealing with a staff sit the reported party ends up disappearing, after review of the tab menu you see they're no longer on the server. What are your next steps? Make sure that I have video or screen shot of all logs, Steam ID of the player. At this point there is an LTAP offense and has a Warning and Three day ban. Document all evidence and clipping .
How would you handle a situation where you bring someone for FailRP and all they do is yell and or cuss at you?: I would make sure I have there Steam ID copied, Video Clipped of the attempted sit down, As this is a FailRP situation it has a Warning and a FailRP offense of Level 2 or 3 depending on the situation. This could also fall under Staff Disrespect also. I would hold on to all documentation and submit it as needed on the right channels (Discord or Forums). As every situation is different, I would try to be fair but at the same time protect others experience on the server.
