Why do you wish to become a Command member?:

I wish to join the Command Team so I can better oversee and assist my battalion as a whole. I wish to try and help revive my battalion and help ensure those who are active and contribute to the server are seen and receive just rewards. I wish to help build a better connections between Rancor and other SF and Normal Battalions. Rancor has been my home since I joined the server and I wanna try and give back to the battalion that I've had the pleasure to enjoy so much time in.

What are the duties of a Command member?:

The duties of Command is to run and oversee a battalion in every aspect. Keeping track of who is and isn't active, making sure SOPs and Rosters remain updated, making sure the battalion is active and engaging with the community, assisting with/hosting weekly meeting, handling any and all questions one may have about the battalion, and ensuring that promotions either Officer or Command are handled with care and the right people are put into these positions. You should also be expected to reach out to members of your battalion if they start missing quota to ensure that IRL isn't dragging them down. They are also expected to be role models of their respective battalion and should lead by example of how they want their battalion to be.

Why should we trust you with this position?:

I've held Commander positions before on different HL2:RP servers (DG, Nomad, Triage), and help pseudo management position in SCP:SL (Ethics Committee Member for King's Playground, a position right below Head Admin) In the four months I've been in this server, I've managed to work my way up to Major and attain the position as Fordo. In doing so, I know the ins and outs of Rancor and ARC as a whole. I also can offer a lot of time in-game and in Discord to either assist fellow command, make suggestions for changes or assist my battalion as a whole.
