How many hours do you have on the server?: 111 hours

Why do you wish to become a 2LT?: I enjoy being within Rancor and want to work my way into a position where I can do more to help out where I can. I also would like to try and help out Enlisted and NCOs on moving up the ranks and showing them right from wrong. On top of that, I wish to provide a person that any NCO or Enlisted can ask questions to without fear of being ridiculed or mocked as that has no place in this battalion (Not saying anyone here DOES that, but a lot would hold their tongue if say Ordo or a VCMD is on). I also like a lot of the Officers and Command here and wish to try and potentially move into a Null Arc position or HC later down the line and feel like this would be a good introduction to it!

What makes you qualified to become a 2LT over other candidates?: I have been in Command Positions in other servers I play, and have enjoyed my time here thus far. While I understand I am still relatively new to this server and this battalion, it does not affect my desire to want to move up the ranks and be as much help as I can to the Battalion. I have also enjoyed attending events here and it's made my commitment to the server stronger (we don't talk about the RE Event) and I want to strive higher and higher in the battalion. I also have plenty of time to dedicate to the server, and keep getting drawn back into it whenever I have free time.

What is the job of a 2LT in the Battalion?: 2LT is like a trial rank or a mediator of sorts between NCOs and Officers. It allows the day to day questions to be asked to 2LTs instead of moving up the CoC allowing Officers/Command to have less to worry about. It also allows Command to see if they are competent enough to move up the CoC into positions with more responsibilities. They also help burden day to day checks of who's doing what on the server for the Battalion, whether that be who's attending events, who's doing good leading squads, who's doing good hosting tryouts etc. etc. Overall, they are there to handle to grunt work so that way the Officer/Command can focus on more important things.

Why should you be trusted with 2LT?: Ever since I fixed my sleep schedule, I have been as active as I can and attended events, and tried to host as many tryouts as I can. While I might not be well known as others, I feel like within Rancor I've started to become more known and hope to continue building a good and fun reputation within the Battalion. I also worked my way into ARC and will continue to try and prove myself and better myself whenever and wherever I can.
