RSB/RSAD Vehicle Project Group-C

The following information has been approved for distribution by the Republic Security Bureau & Republic Special Activities Division
The mixed task-force currently stationed at the Tavora Installation remain authorized and cleared to deploy new designs from the 38th Armoured Division aswell as its own select personnel, Due to the abnormal range of conflicts the task-force seems to get itself involved in the project's board of directors fully agree to let us remain the tip of the spear in production.


Recovery
Following the heroic actions of the task-force formerly stationed at annaxes we have begun to reclaim and avenge those lost during the ambush in orbit from September but not without sacrifice.
The MIA Intel Officer Azpex, KIA Operative Rohas and the Recovering Chief Engineer Bolt brought back to us the lost designs and more ontop of where to go hunting for our missing troopers.
Regardless Group C is now brought up to project standards and is cataloged below.


Group - C Project Line "Warden"
Designated Sierra 2-# (Except the Typhoon)
LAAT/LAHAT "Condor"|| LAAT/le "Spectral"|| Buzzard "Raptor" || Buzzard "Sparrow Hawk" || *TX-2112 "Typhoon"

C-1 the Low Altitude Heavy Assault Transport [LAHAT] "Condor"
Developed for the expressed purpose of bringing more firepower in addition to that provided by the standard LAAT chassis, The Heavy Assault Transport aims to overwhelm opposition forces with extensive suppression by 3 Rotary Cannon emplacements that've been welded to the open doors and rear ramp to provide broadside and rear fire support. This is the first entry into the Sierra Company 2nd Platoon of air vehicles. Essentially for when you need to bring the hammer down or cut anyone inhalf between you and extraction/the objective

C-2 Low Altitude Assault Transport/le "Spectral"
piggybacking off the research put into the IFF scrambler for the Raptor, the Spectral is designed for SF teams or during covert missions of particular importance where stealth and discretion are paramount. This design is actively fielded by Fireteam Crimson, RSB Salt as his personnel transport & other project essential personnel. It is left almost entirely unmodified beyond its scrambler as to not inhibit or interfere with its Stealth Capability or Mobility

C-3 Buzzard "Raptor"
Designed using tech from the medical research division and RSB R&D the raptor is designed to avoid detection by droid sensors allowing pilots to conduct CAS with decreased threat of flak interfering, aswell as having a Active Camo Effect for when facing organic targets coupled with the same Camo material enhancing the ships durability by 8x. The raptor has been fueled with a special type of fuel which gives it its low bright blue look allowing it to often blend in with the sky. As of yet the Raptor is yet to be deployed and remains in storage.

C-3.5 Buzzard "Sparrow Hawk"
A lower cost less complicated version of its sister ship, The sparrow hawk can be piloted by regular personnel without specialized training.
However due to its lower cost it also forgoes the IFF Scrambler in favour of relying on its low visual profile and high-durability hull material. Its Fuel is also different relying on the same type as those like the ARC-170 giving it a Red engine exhaust

C-4 TX-2112 "Typhoon"
Conceptualized by a First Responder medic "Bla" the Typhoon is a ramshackle mobile air defense platform which aims to completely overwhelm and shut down enemy air by throwing dozens of tracking missiles into the air at once from 6 missile launchers with 3 on either side of the TX-2112. This design was originally never suppose to see the light of day with the TX-2112 "Riptide" Taking its place as a frontline vehicle submission however due to the ever growing threat of CIS and Blood Corps air raids the day may come for when the Typhoon will be brought out from being just a training device for republic pilots.

Closing Notes
Even with half a dozen failed prototypes ontop of suffering extreme casualties the men and women of Sierra Company have brought forward these projects to help in the time of need of the republic. The "Condor" is by far the front runner in this project line but there may be more to come as the RSB's knowledge and capabilities continue to advance.

several recovered vehicles will be logged.
