Why should you become a Forum Admin:

To be honest forums admin looks really interesting and i haven't done anything like it before so i want to try it out. I feel like being a Forums admin i will continue to make sure everyone is enjoying their time in the server and stopping anything hostile on the forums. I really think this would be something that's in my category (when stalk the forums daily to see what's up)

How would you deal with a situation where a user is spamming in various topics due to being banned?

Since the said user is spamming in other topics due to being banned. The first thing i would do is talk to them peacefully to have them stop spamming. While talking to the said person i would delete the posts thats flooding the channels and needs removed. If the user isnt being complaint, i would hand them a warning. If they continue to be a problem i would reach out to my superiors.

How would you deal with a situation in which an argument has broken out in a topic?

I would try and peacefully clam down both parties OR ask them if they want to continue the argument take it to their dms. If they continue to be a problem in forums i would lock the post they was arguing in. If they continue to not be compliant other punishments can be handed out. After the topic at hand is dealt with i would delete the problematic messages sent between the two.
