Why do you wish to become a 2LT?: I wish to become a member of the officer-esque position inside of Rancor batallion as for; I wish to provide ability and demonstration to lower ranking members and assistance on helping them progress through the ranks, as well as being a role model that which they can look up to and ask questions without any fear or concern of coming off as incompetent and so-onwards.

What makes you qualified to become a 2LT over other candidates?: This question's iffy, and it always is hard to respond without coming off cocky or narcissistic. But as for my qualifications; i've progressed the ranks, shown and maintain a genuine interest in events and attending them, as well as hosting tryouts, recruitment and training individuals into Rancor as a whole, and I wish to branch out and take these qualifications and use them more. I have also managed communities in the past, as well as held leadership positions prior, albeit not many; they are still present.

What is the job of a 2LT in the Battalion?: A 2LT can be compared to an NCO position, or as a sort of middle-ground from NCO - Command; taking stress away from command and letting them keep up their tasks instead of having to divert more resources or time to smaller issues that may come up, instead they have 2LT and officers as a whole deal with these issues.

Why should you be trusted with 2LT?: I've put in a ton of effort, stayed out of drama and maintained a good reputation, as well as kept my competency, and capabilities shown when performing tasks within Rancor as a whole, and I have maintained a standard on myself to exceed the current standards, in an effort to also try encouraging others to do so aswell.
