Why do you wish to become a 2LT?: I wish to become a 2LT as I want to take the next step in the 104th and help out more than I can. I also want to be more involved in the training and tryout process. I also want to help out more than I already can as a NCO. I also want to help relieve stress of the low command/command team if needed and help deal with and discipline people if nescessary

What makes you qualified to become a 2LT over other candidates?:I believe that my experience is one of my factors the would make me qualified. I have been command for a bit now and I was also low command in jedi for a little under a month and officer in medical for about 3 months until I left. I also think that my ability to take criticism openly is a strength I have that sets me apart from others who might want to apply for officer. Lastly I also believe that I can bring a good viewpoint to the 104th officer team.

What is the job of a 2LT in the Battalion?:I believe the job of a 2LT is to be there to advise the NCO's and lead them and also to help deal with small conflicts if needed and also to help with keeping track of quota and other important items. I also think a 2LT should be able to relieve stress off the low command/command teams and help bring about positive change in the 104th. I also think a officer should be hosting trainings if needed and helping minimise conflict between their battalion and others if needed.

Why should you be trusted with 2LT?: I believe I should be trusted with 2LT as I have shown in previous occasions that I can be trusted with this position. I also believe that I can be trusted because I have no previous warns/staff issues and I haven't been striked for any behavioural or quota issues. Lastly I am mature and open to criticism and like to hear constructive criticism as it helps me build myself and make myself better. I also will try my best to perform my duties to the best of my abilities. and be a positive influence to other 104th's hopefully
