Oakley's Quinlan Vos Application

Your Name:

Shadow Vice Lead Master Oak

Your Rank:

Master

Your SteamID:

STEAM_0:1:716639477

Who are you applying for?:

Quinlan Vos

Did anyone recommend you to apply? (Only Council+ can recommend for Cin Drallig/Quinlan Vos):

No Council member recommended this to me but I wanted to take initiative and just apply and see what happens

Why do you think you should be Cin Drallig/Quinlan Vos? (Required 150+ words):

I would like to become Quinlan Vos because I believe it would be a change of pace from what I'm typically used to. I absolutely love Jedi shadow and have been in shadow since the day I became knight. I have been working with Joules on improving shadow and making it more fun instead of a dead sub unit. I also have not seen a Quinlan Vos since I started on the server a few months back. I also believe this would help me in my possible future quest to become the next Kit Fisto and fill the big shoes jinx has left behind. I believe me becoming Quinlan Vos would also help my new Jedi Shadow become motivated and show even when you rank up there is still room to move even further. I have plenty more idea's for Jedi Shadow with further improvements and I actually look forward to playing with my members.

What makes you stand out from others who also want to be Cin Drallig/Quinlan Vos? (Required 100+ words):

I believe what would make me stand out from other applicants for Quinlan Vos is my high activity when I am not at work and I am well know within the community. I feel as if I can motivate Jedi shadow and make it great once again. I constantly have new idea's and will continue to try to push them out to help shadow stay active. For instance when I took over as vice lead for shadow we only had two members one on LOA and one I cannot get in contact with. Just as of yesterday I have recruited 3 new shadow members who are highly motivated and will make shadow relevant again. We even got included in SF missions once again which is awesome.

What would be some of the things you would do as Cin Drallig/Quinlan Vos? (Required 100+ words):

Some of the things I would do as Quinlan Vos is set up joint trainings with RC and Rancor to show off shadow's capabilities to assist and make their lives easier. I would also not force the aspect of RP on the members of shadow but show them there is other ways you can achieve a task instead of the baseline methods everyone does. I would also continue my role as a Jedi master and ensure trainings are done and that they include everyone and continue to help better shadow. I think it would be great to have a Quinlan Vos back on the server as he is a well known character and we just haven't seen him in a very long time.

Thank you for your time
