New 7sc Shotgun Semi-Auto Bug

Bug Title: 7SC Shotgun Semi-Auto Bug

Description of the bug: When you switch the new 7sc shotgun to semi-auto, you can't switch it back to full auto unless you suicide or switch jobs.

Ways to re-create bug: Press E+R with the shotgun out. Press E+R again to see that it doesn't switch back to full auto.
