Suggestion Description:

Adjusting of equipment for clarity and equity

1. Shock Baton Access for Aviation Officers
   
   

   1. Currently, only NCO+ members in the Republic Navy have access to the Shock Baton. To maintain consistency, it is suggested that Aviation Officers, who are required to be NCO+ to join the sub-battalion, should also have access to the Shock Baton. Rules for Shock Baton usage will remain in place for all NCO+ members.
      
      

2. Enhancements for Naval Ground Armor
   
   

   1. Officer Boost Access:

      Currently, normal Naval members receive the Officer Boost, which enhances running speed and jump height. Naval Ground Armor units do not have this benefit. Adding the Officer Boost to Naval Ground Armor will ensure they have the same advantages in battle situations as other naval members.
      
      

   2. Turret Loader Access by adding Loader:

      Naval Ground Armor currently has the ability to spawn turrets, but once deployed, these turrets cannot be moved unless destroyed. Allowing Naval Ground Armor to use the Vehicle Loader will enable them to safely move their turrets between locations, such as from one FOB to another, making operations more efficient. Specific guidelines for using the Loader will be added to the Naval SOP Handbook for clarity and proper adherence to rules.

   3. Add Hacking Tools to Naval Ground Armor:

      All Naval Personal have access to Hacking tools except for Naval Ground Armor. Due to Naval Members having Second Priority they will need access to Hacking tools in case First Priority are not available.

This allows for equal usage to items already added on the server on other parts of the Republic Navy to now be utilized equally across the board.
