Do you have any past experience staffing? (explain): Yes i was a senior mod on a server called spitfire where i was the head mod and took tickets and gave whitelists to new troopers, i was also a trial mod for GFL where i did the same expect i also did staff sits and a lil gming but im also wanting to get a refresher because i have grown to this server and woud like to help make and keep it striving

Why are you looking to join the Staff Team and what can you bring to the team & community? I am looking to join as i have loved my time on the server and would like to help the community by either helping out with tickets and whitelists as well as get a refresher on how to be a mod im also very active as i am a stay at home dad so i would have a lot f time to be able to do staff work on the server

Whenever dealing with a staff sit the reported party ends up disappearing, after review of the tab menu you see they're no longer on the server. What are your next steps? I would try and find their steam id and make note of there ign they had so if we are able to figure out who it is i can let other staff know so if they see said person we can take according actions

How would you handle a situation where you bring someone for FailRP and all they do is yell and or cuss at you?: i would try to deescalate the situation to the best of my ability if i can not i would see if they are any other staff on to assist with the situation if no other staff are online then i would give the appropriate action to deal with the failrp
