Why do you wish to become a Command member?:

I Wish to be a command member for multipel reasons.

1: To grow my regiment into a more active one across multipel timezones as i feel that it the reg is more late european early american, with me i can be mostly active during EU hours and thus recruit and help with problems that arise during these hours. Aswell as lead during any event that would happen.
2: To Give my opinion on decision within the server and the regiment, having had around 4K hours in CO/Com positions in my gmod life i feel like i have certain expertise or feeling that i can try help bring over within the command team.
3: I wish to remove more workload of my fellow SF members, hearing that they have been working a lot i think that i can do my part and help with this.
4: I want to make my regiment grow into a more active and respectfully better one. I want to have people uphold the standards of being SF while still being enjoyable.

What are the duties of a Command member?:

The duties of a command member are:
1: Lead their regiment and or the entire army during events as a GC, They are also the ones maintaining good communications with the other battalions to uphold respectable relations.
2: Uphold the roster, SOP,documents and activity that may need to be created and or maintained during their leadership.
3: Making? Holding Sim’s, tryouts, Missions , patrols to keep your regiment (and others) active and interested in the server.
4: Leadership, you lead by example and thus lead troops in every moment, if it is a event mission and or just normal meeting you have to show them howto be respectable and to not go on a bad path within the battalion.

5: Dealing with issues within your battalion, if sadly these situations arise either in your battalion (or as ARC, within the ARC programm) that you should handle swift, discrete and unbiased towards any member.

Why should we trust you with this position?:

You can trust me for multipel reasons within this position:
1: I feel like i am very loyal to rancor and thus putting forth my best interest towards this battalion and people. I have shown this by staying up pretty late for important meetings and activities even during busy weeks.
2:i wish to increase my knowledge,leadership skills and expertise within this battalion, knowing that i have held mutlipel co+cmdr positions in multipel starwars and mrp servers (COL in CN for 3 years , purge Maj in gaming light, CPT in SO in synergy, MAJ and surgeon in IG, Police Ssgt In fiveM, Soto in JvS and at last Cpt in CvR for 2 years)

3: i have been one of the longer standing members within rancor (atleast right now) seeing that i joined 2 weeks after i joined the server (somewhere in april i think?) and kept being active.
4: Within my time on the server and the rancor NCO+ position i have tried to uphold activity (by doing trainings, tryouts and leading during EU general activities) aswell as try to help fellow community members with questions about ARC and Rancor.
5: I have tried to uphold a reputation for the enlisted and nco’s that i am available to talk to 24/7 and open for anything, i have also tried to maintain good relations with almost all the regiments.

How often can you be online?:depending on school (every 3-4 weeks i have a exam) and my school hours, aswell as my red cross volenteering i can play every weekend, fridays and mondays for +- 5->6 hours,
