Why do you wish to become a Officer? (explain in 50+ words, no less): Why i wish to be an officer in the 501st is because. I want to further exceed what i am capable of, whether its helping newer people in this battalion and creating fun and creative SIM's for them. And. Start really pulling my weight and doing my part in this battalion with things like working with my other officers and commanders to figure out any additions or removals to jobs and the battalion overall.
What makes you qualified to become a 2LT over other candidates?: I am dedicated to this battalion and have brang up my activity beause i have realised how much i truly love this battalion and would do anything to help it. I will do what it takes as an officer to get stuff done as quick and efficient as possible.
What is the job of a Officer in the Battalion? (explained in good detail): One of the most important things is being a good role model to the new members of your battalion and regularly hosting SIM's to keep them active and overall having a great time. Also looking after your enlisted and junior NCO's with making sure they're following the MOTD and keeping up with their activity.
Why should you be trusted with being an Officer? (use 50+ words no less): For one. I have no warnings/strikes/bans. Secondly i love this battalion and will do what it takes to keep it in a good position. Thirdly i have a sense of maturity from being an Admin and i know what its like to deal with people being mad or not a great time in general. Lastly i have been known by the community and have made many friends that trust me.
