Why do you wish to become a 2LT?:

I wish to become a Second Lieutenant because I want to help this battalion thrive. I was the Second member of RC Besides Chrono (Fixer) and Resin and so far have made my way up to Aurek lead and I love both the RP and the PVP Side. From the moment I have joined I have been attempting help the command team be that low or high present RC as a Elite unit on the Server with a level of Dedication to both Combat sides and PVP sides. From General activity on missions the RSB have sent us on, to smaller more RP Things like the Trial of Jeff, I have been trying to make us been seen. More or less I would like to be a 2LT To assist with the more admin side of RC when others would like to take a break from assisting the battalion .

What makes you qualified to become a 2LT over other candidates?:

I believe that I should be trusted with this ranking due to my previous experience, During the last year and half (give or take) I have held the Position of Commander Fox of the Shock Security Branch. During that time I manage to push a few overhauls that were received with a positive reception, form models to making new S.O.P.s and tryouts to actively improve the skill of those who both join the battalion and those who are a part of it. Beyond that on a Now Defunct Server I held a High Rank in the Imperial Navy along with a Underboss rank within the Criminal Faction known as the Pyke Syndicate (Underboss=VCMDR). Especially in this battalion i have tried to help and assist the members of Aurek Squad increase in both PVP and PVE Skills by running smaller ops and sims when we have free time.

What is the job of a 2LT in the Battalion?: The Job of a Second LT in any Battalion is to be the voice of the Command Team either Bat Low Command or Just the Main Command team. Officers or in this case the Second LT's are meant to help the Senior Ranked NCO's and General NCO's help recruit and make sure that the battalion is both up to date following the SOP and MOTD's to benefit the Battalion. The Officers are also meant to assist with the ability of keeping track of quota and taking the weight of the day to day administration of the shoulders of Command.

Why should you be trusted with 2LT?:

As Stated Above I believe that my Previous Experience in the past qualify me / allowed me the earn to right of being a member of RC Officers. I believe that at the very least I have shown a level head in issues that have risen in the past sadly not within RC due to the short lifespan but within Shock either involving SOP issues or general disagreements. Finally I always like to find for us to new things to through either RP passively or Combat be it PVE or PVP to inspire the Members of RC to be active and show us off so that others may train and join our ranks.
