Why add this?:
With the addition of Keypads to the server Shock should have the ability to access the logs of said keypads to help them enforce the law in a more meaningful manner to check if someone has accessed an area they normally can’t access. The DC-15a Shock is the only enlisted weapon they get and it doesn’t provide any meaningful firepower or versatility to the enlisted during events with a terrible iron sight and similar firerate to the DP-24 Shock, I wish to allow the enlisted to enjoy the weapon all of Shock but them enjoys. For the T-21 Shock it is essentially the NCO and Higher weapon, something to replace the DC-15a Shock and give them an actual reward for becoming an NCO within the Shock Security Corps. Republic Shield is for our NCO+ I ran it by Gramps before adding it to this but it’s addition is because our Heavy Unit has been deleted and one of our main breach and clear formations are now less likely to be used.
