Why do you wish to become a Command member?:

 With the Recent Loss Of Council Members, I feel it is time for me to step up and apply for a Council seat so I can help ensure the Order will not fall back to what it once was when having so few members. Due to this and a chat with the 104th and its command team, I felt compelled to apply for command. 

 I am prepared to take the next step in my journey through the Jedi Order, and I'm ready to learn and take on whatever it takes because I would love to help out wherever I can and work with the Jedi Council Members and Wolfpack command team to improve and support the growth of the Entire Battalion.

Although I will acknowledge the fact that I have yet to hold a command position on this server, I have held Various Officer to Low command Spots and have led many successful subunits on this server So i do have the vast experience Of Leading those under me and small teams like subunits as well as doing doc work. I would love to bring this, although normally on a smaller scale, Extensive leadership experience as well as dependability, Friendliness and receptivity to new things I have tried to make myself known for and offer it to the Jedi Council and 104th Command by joining their teams respectively. 

In addition to this, another reason I would like to join the Jedi Council. To be able to work with the lovely members of the 104th Battalion as the advisor Plo Koon, I have very much enjoyed spending time alongside the 104th. I've tried to help out the battalion as much as I can as an NCO, and I would very much take enjoyment out of being able to help out more so as an Advisor. I would love to help out and work alongside the heli command team (Hellion Helios and Heli-... Caleb) and work with them to make the 104th flourish and establish a great image and server wide relationship. So far in the history of my time on this server 104th seems to somewhat always be on the wrong footing or getting somewhat unlucky with prior command members. But I think with this new command team and the inclusion of myself, we can finally have a full-stack team composed of 4 active people who actually care about the well-being of the 104th, and with all of us working together we can all give the Wolfpack the love it has always deserved.

What are the duties of a Command member?:

 A Member of the Command Team can have a lot of duties on and off the server. Working alongside your command team to help keep the battalion up to date and relevant whether it's while working as the in-between with Hicom and the rest of your battalion on new additions/reworks or Working on the Roster making sure it's as accurate as possible and making sure everyone is doing their expected duties and making their quotas, and handing out promotions to those who deserve it or handing out strikes and removals. Working on Documents(SOPs Tryouts Etc.)  to make sure they don't fall out of date, Hosting or being a part of hosting weekly Meetings and When it comes to Being on the server you have to make sure you're active and keeping the people below you in check making sure everyone is doing what they are supposed to do and following the rules. As well as making sure they have activities to do such as, hosting various Trainings Or Sims for the members of your regiment, giving them Missions and working on cross battalion relations server wide. As a command member I feel you should always be giving your battalion something to do, some entertainment and a goal to work towards, give people other reasons to play and have fun on the server when there aren't any events going on besides just work on quota. Overall make sure you lead by example because if you want your battalion to have good leaders who care as much as you should about your battalion you have to show them what one looks like. 

Why should we trust you with this position?: 

As i said before i try to be a friendly person who can be Dependable and receptive and i think i succeed well at that on the server, Taking from earlier points in my application i have been Low command in roughly 3 different battalions and have been an Officer rank in a large amount of battalions, within 1600 hours, I've never once been demoted or ever even received a strike before I've been various sub unit leads and have done new doc work for them whenever it's needed. To add onto this if it matters, I'm also a member of the Staff team so you can certainly expect me not to break the MOTD or abuse any powers Ive been given as I never have before.  I think all of this proves why not only to who may be considering this application but to possibly the entire server that I can be trusted with a command position. 

How often can you be online?:

I should be able to get on the server once a day inside and outside active times Unless Irl things take over like School,Exams or whatnot
