Why do you wish to become a 2LT?:
I want to help out the 104th as much as possible and feel like I could be more helpful by becoming an officer and giving them a committed Officer and leader. 104th is a battalion I feel quite attached to being a prior command member of it and I would very much like to return to a higher spot and help out as much as I can. Possibly even attempting to return to command in the future

What makes you qualified to become a 2LT over other candidates?:
I have a Huge amount of officer experience in this server i have been in officer or low command in a number of battalions and some multiple times and out of those i have been a sub unit lead at the same time of being an officer so i definitely have the prior experience. To add onto this I was a previous command member of the 104th and I know i can showcase very high activity compared to possible others who aren't as active, For example i currently I have 34 points for this week at the time of writing. i feel i am an easy choice when compared to other possible applicants

What is the job of a 2LT in the Battalion?:
To Train,Lead and when earned promote the Enlisted and NCOs and be a person they can look up to and come to for any Possible Issues helping establish that C.O.C everyone loves. An ideal officer is an Active person who Shows off their battalion in a positive light and acknowledge and encourage the members who deserve it whenever they can and who is someone you can go to with any issues whether from the command team down or from the NCOs Up and i fully believe i can do just that and have the skills to back it up

Why should you be trusted with 2LT?
As i've said before, i have been an Officer+ and Sub unit leads as well as prior 104th/Jedi command, And i have been Staff before and so far no one has misplaced their trust in me with any of those spots
