All be it was a couple of years ago but the general things I still have my head wrapped around.

Why are you looking to join the Staff Team and what can you bring to the team & community? 

I'm looking to join the staff team to help out a community that i have grown fond of. And by joining the staff team

I could help with the expedite whitelist and tickets being answered.

What can I bring to the team? Well I work from home and generally have my game open and monitored as it is now.

As well as with my life experience I am a project manager which mean that have a great experience with working with people

and trouble shooting and problem solving skills.

Whenever dealing with a staff sit the reported party ends up disappearing, after review of the tab menu you see they're no longer on the server. What are your next steps?

Step 1: Get the evidence from the accused party

Step 2: Reach out to the Reporting party Via discord and ask for there evidence, and ascertain why they have left.

Step 3: Compile evidence

Step 4: Reach a verdict and deliver my answer to both parties.

How would you handle a situation where you bring someone for FailRP and all they do is yell and or cuss at you?:

Keeping a calm head server muting them and gathering evidence. Regardless of the out come the Accused party cussing me out would be handed a warn.
