Why do you wish to become a 2LT?: I wish to become a 2LT because I want to help out the battalion more then I already do I would like to work more with the battalion on trainings that i would think would help the Battalion grow and keep being on top. This would help me with my leadership skills and it would help me grow in the battalion and as a person. I believe that I could take a lot out of the officer team and put it to use in real life when I am in the situation to work with a group or a team to help and pull my weight.

What makes you qualified to become a 2LT over other candidates?: I think what could qualified me to be a 2LT is that I am a quick learner and think I could grow in the battalion to be the best I can be I would love to learn more then grow the ranks and hopefully get up there to work hand and hand with the vice commander and learn the wisdom they can give me to help me grow. also I think Could adapt to many situation when it comes to it.

What is the job of a 2LT in the Battalion?: The 2LT in a battalion is that they are there to serve as a mentor to all the other troopers and to lead and show how to get things done and to do training to keep the Troopers in good combat capable hand to fight when the time comes. The are also there to answer any question a trooper may have and to help them succeed in the battalion and do the best they can do at all times. It is also the first stepping stone into the Officer core of the battalion.

Why should you be trusted with 2LT?: I could be trusted because I am willing to help out In anyway possible I am determined to help and get this battalion to grow and be on top of leaderboard, I will do everything in my power to keep the moral in the battalion at a all time high. I want to bring my energy and determination to keep this battalion active and get more people into it and show what Special Forces is made of the most of the Elites.
