Why are you looking to join the Staff Team and what can you bring to the team & community?

I want to be a part of the staff team because I would like to help out the Server, More then I already have as a Game Master, As well I would like to help other players with any of their problems they may have. Another thing is that I would like to help the server grow and expand to get more people to play and have fun and I think the best way to do that is to become a part of the staff team. Plus, I love how this server community is and I would like to play a big role in this community. Above all I believe that keeping a community active, social and positive as well as letting the players know that there is someone there that they can talk to or reach a hand out to in need is what I strive for. Also, I want to help out to the best of my abilities in this community. Another thing is that I love to work as a team and the staff team is what I would like to do and work with everyone.

Whenever dealing with a staff sit the reported party ends up disappearing, after review of the tab menu you see they're no longer on the server. What are your next steps?

I would first see if they crashed/Timed out of the server if they did i would wait until they load back in to resolve the situation. If they left and don’t come back I would contact another staff member to help me with the situation and give him a ban for LTAP ( Leave to avoid Punishment) Because they didn’t want to be there so we could resolve the situation peacefully and easily, with a Warn depending on what he did.

How would you handle a situation where you bring someone for FailRP and all they do is yell and or cuss at you?:

First,I would teleport them away from everyone else they are near to preserve the element of RP for other players. Then I would try to have a conversation with him about what he is doing to and why it is wrong and what he could do to fix it, but if he kept cussing at me I would Gag him so I could resolve the situation. Peacefully , I would stay calm and if I needed help with the situation I would then contact another member of staff to help or ask questions.
