Why do you wish to become a LT?:
I wish to become an LT as I would like to have more responsibility in the Republic Commandos to show my ability to lead. My goal in this battalion is to eventually become the Omega Squad Lead, Niner, and getting LT is the first step to obtain that goal from where I am currently at. Currently we only have 2 officers, I believe having an active and full officer corps would benefit the battalion in a variety of ways, the idea of being promoted being a major one as there are very few members able to promote right now. I also just find the Commandos really cool and I want nothing but the best for the battalion, and I believe I can help RC become even better.

What makes you qualified to become a LT over other candidates?:
I believe that I am more qualified to be an LT over other candidates due to my previous experience in GL as Niner (Omega Lead) and Fixer (Vice Commander), including the officer/command experience that comes with those positions, I believe that gives me the ability to excel as an officer. I do my best to get on the server every day or every other day which gives me a leg up on activity and I strive to complete quota early in the week so that I can exceed the required loggings.

What is the job of a LT in the Battalion?:
The job of a LT in a battalion is to be the foundation for NCOs to fall back on and ask questions when they are confused or unsure of what to do in a situation, and also to act as the role models of the battalion, leading by example and showing NCOs how to conduct themselves and better prepare them for their potential future as an officer. They are the most trusted members of the battalion excluding the command team and as such are able to promote new ideas, promote enlisted, and attract new members to the battalion.

Why should you be trusted with LT?:
I should be trusted for the same reasons I believe I am qualified for the position. I believe I am a respectful, active member of RC with lots of knowledge that I can use to help the battalion as an officer. I believe that actions speak louder than words, if I get accepted then I will only do better than I currently perform as an NCO, as I just want to help RC.
