Why do you wish to Become a 2LT: I have been encouraged to apply to help out Shock with its need to have active and competent officers to insure the good management of the battalion. I think with my experience and good attitude I can help shock to grow in a good direction. I can help Shock leadership remain compassionate and making it fun for new people to join and play on the battalion.

What makes you qualified to become an officer over other candidates: The most important thing would be my good attitude, I can get along and work well with everyone and I am also good at communicating and coordinating with other people. This is important for giving clear instructions as leadership and understanding and solving any question from subordinates. I have a lot of experience as Shock on SWRP, I have been Shock CMDR on a clone wars server called Defcon and I was Shock VCMDR on GL IMP RP. I have done a lot of different roles as Shock and helped it grow and develop into a great self sufficient unit. I also have learned what to do as different roles as well as what not to do. To summarize my maturity and particular experience in Shock makes me the most qualified candidate.

What is the job of a 2LT In the Battalion: The job of 2LT is to be the boots on the ground leadership, they ensure that shock SOP is being followed. They also supervise the NCOs and instruct and advise them on any concerns, 2LT's do supervise enlisted doing the same as the NCO's but more so giving them orders and something to do as well as helping them enjoy Shock and therefore helping with Shocks retention.

Why should you be trusted with the responsibilities of an officer: As I stated before I have a good attitude and communication skills which are required to be a good officer and leader. I also have a lot of experience in Shock leadership and am familiar with the duties of a Shock Officer. In the Shock battalion I have been very active with my duties and have shown that I have a good understanding of the rules and responsibilities in Shock. I have proven that I have a good character and would prove it as a Shock Officer
