What is your activity like throughout the week?: Usually on at least 22 - 30 hours a week, mostly between 5:30 - 9:30pm EST during the week (Tu-Fr) and any time on Saturdays/Sundays.
Why should you be given a chance to join Junior Management?: I believe that my attention to detail would be a benefit to the team, and I have a strong sense of when to be completely professional and when to have a bit of fun. This is the longest I have been apart of a community, and I have truly grown to love and care for the sense of community belonging that FBG inspires in people. I will strive to continue fostering those ideals, and aim to further the growth of the community in any way I can.
Provide three strengths that you posses which you’d bring to JMT which you’d use to benefit the Staff Team: My first strength would be my attention regarding the server. I am always checking the discord staff channels to make sure there are no issues or questions anyone has, and do my best to keep things up-to-date in regards to the roster and training when able. Secondly, I have a strong work ethic, and while my job does take up a decent portion of the day (the typical 9-5) I still make time to participate in server activies and do my best to make connections on the server. People know me and I would say they would agree that I am a very chill person who knows what they are doing and can come to if they have any issues. As for the third, I will do anything I can to keep this community a safe and fun place for all players who come here for relaxation and roleplay. I believe the number one priority of any management team should be the players, and that will always be my main focus. I am also a very quick and eager learner, so if I dont know how to do something, I WILL find the answer.
As a Superadmin if you see a Staff Member overusing curse words, being aggressive and overall providing subpar assistance, how would you go about dealing with that situation?: I would start with DMing the staff member in question, making sure everything is okay and just reminding them that they are a representative of the server and that they need to be careful with how they present themselves server-wide. If the activity continues, I would get them into a private channel (with one other higher-ranking staff member at the most) and discuss things with them about how their actions are not befitting of a quality member of staff, and give them a warning that if their actions do not change, they will be subject to further punishment. Basically put them on notice to follow the standards set by management in how staff should conduct themselves, and handle accordingly from there. Through all of this, I would provide any evidence as needed.
What do you believe makes a quality Staff Member?: Someone who is aware of what is going on around them at all times, and uses good judgement in every situation to keep the server a safe/fun space for the average player to return to. Someone who can make decisions for themselves and be confident in said decisions, and accept constructive criticism if those decisions turn out to be wrong in some way.
As a Superadmin you’ll have the responsibility of handing out punishments possibly resulting in backlash, would you be able to handle said responsibility?: I would accept this responsibility. From my experience as a player being a Vice Commander, there have been multiple scenarios where I have had to issue punishments or removals due to either activity or the actions of a player. I have no issue delivering so-called "bad news" to someone, but I do my best to do so in a professional and understanding manner.
