Why are you looking to join the Staff Team and what can you bring to the team & community?:

I would like to assist in making the community stronger and keep it a safe place for players to come and have fun, and help make sure all player concerns are dealt with in a fair and timely manner. I feel that I am an easy person to talk to, and I always make sure to use active listening when someone has a complaint that needs handling. I am also fairly active in-game, on almost every weekday evening and nearly all day on weekends.

Whenever dealing with a staff sit the reported party ends up disappearing, after review of the tab menu you see they're no longer on the server. What are your next steps?:

I would start by confirming that the reported party actually is guilty of what they were accused of, either through gathering clip/screenshot evidence from the reporter or checking logs, and then check to make sure the reported person didn't just time out. If it appears they crashed or timed out, I would give the normal punishment for what they are guilty of. If they left in an attempt to avoid punishment, I would make sure to take evidence, and give them a warning and ban them for 3 days for LTAP.

How would you handle a situation where you bring someone for FailRP and all they do is yell and or cuss at you?:

I would start with attempting to calm the other party down a bit so we can have a civil discussion on why they are in a sit. If they refuse to stop and just keep escalating, I will give them the verbal/formal warning for FailRP (once evidence obtained), and release them with a verbal warning for disrespect if I feel that they are just lashing out because of a bad situation. If they continue to be disrespectful in chat or otherwise after being released from the sit, then they will get a formal warning for disrespect and jailed for 600 seconds to give them time to cool off. Also will make sure to clip or screenshot anything related to the disrespect punishments.
