Why are you looking to join the Staff Team and what can you bring to the team & community?
I would like to join the Staff team because I want to help the community the best way I can I want everyone to have a good time on the sever and make friends. I want to be there and help out with any situation that happens. I just want this community to keep growing and I have no reason to abuse my powers of being a moderator.

Whenever dealing with a staff sit the reported party ends up disappearing, after review of the tab menu you see they're no longer on the server. What are your next steps?
The first step is check if they left the sever to confirm. Next step I would warn this person of LTAP then I would contact a higher-ranking Staff member to help me deal with the situation Further.

How would you handle a situation where you bring someone for FailRP and all they do is yell and or cuss at you?:
I would ask the player to stop yelling/cussing at me so that I can help them with their situation if the player does not stop I will us the command !mute so that I can give him the information on what is happening. Then I will give the player a verbal/physical warn depending how bad the situation was. After that I will bring back the player to where they pulled from do command !unmute and will tell the player to have a wonderful day.
