What are the duties of a High Command Member?:

A High Command (HICOM) member's responsibilities include managing battalions, making sure the Frostbite community runs well, and acting as a capable leader under duress. Members of HICOM uphold rules, offer direction and mentorship, inform members, and contribute to the server's professionalism and order. They are in charge of avoiding false information, making just choices, holding members accountable, and shielding the community from harassment and disruptive behavior. Above all, they strive to foster a good atmosphere and promote the community's long-term prosperity.

Throughout my time in HCOM, I have proven my dependability, leadership, and commitment to the community while picking up insightful knowledge from individuals in positions that are above and below me. I want to assist mentor others in the same way that I was mentored, and I work hard to provide an example of professionalism, accountability, and teamwork. Even though I'm not flawless and have made mistakes, I constantly grow from them, overcome obstacles, and keep getting better. If given this role, I will support members, uphold HCOM standards, and try to make the community stronger.
