Why do you wish to become a 2LT?: Im feeling I am ready to accept more responsibilities and hopefully be of more help to Shock, having gained enough experienced as a NCO and confidence, another reason is that we do not have enough COs from Europe to help Higher Ups in the unit, I seek the power of 2LT to further help not just shock Hicomm but my fellow shock members regardless of their respective rank/s.

What makes you more qualified to become 2LT over other candidates?: I have a lot of experience as an NCO and CO from previous RPs, I wouldn't say I am going to be/were the best CO though I always aim to do my best and try to solve problems in productive and sometimes interesting ways, I'm eager to help new members if they have questions or require some assistance, I prefer to also use non violent solutions whenever they're an option and can keep my clam during hectic/chaotic situations.

What is the job of a 2LT in the battalion?: Besides some already mentioned reasons from previous applications made by others, 2LTs are to serve as an inspiration & rolemodel for NCOs and enlisted, Clarify orders, aid higher ranking COs and Hicomm and ensure objectives being accomplished, guaranteeing order and organisation is at appropiate standards, pursuing for high levels of morale within the unit, enforcing laws and within reason also regulations, and during missions also making sure the proper ROEs are being observed within the unit.

Why should you be trusted with a 2LT?: Like I have already partially mentioned, I'm calm under stress and chaotic situations, got a good amount of patience, will follow orders to the best of my abilities, give out orders appropiate for a situation or for shock, I don't play favorites when it comes to promotions/recommendations and such, won't even look at a bribe offer and promptly warn them and report should they insist, I prefer to rise through my own effort, got no tolerance for people that try to abuse/minge, and want to help newcomers as well as Higher Ups, tend to judge myself strictly/harshly and overall just want to be of more use, the kit and such are bonuses but not the main reasons I am applying.
