Why do you wish to become a Command member?: I care about RC and SF. I have tried to become RC ever since I joined the server back in 2024 now there is a chance for me to help out the best I can and I am going to do that. I have been with RC for 3-4 months now and I have committed my all to making it a better place where it may be through tryouts or Sims or just interacting with members of RC or the server. I am here to assist, and I think I could help out the most I can as Squad Lead

How much time do you have on the server?: 1263 Hours

What are the duties of a Command member?: A command members duty is to update rosters, keep battalion strength at maximum by recruiting and hosting SIMs to make sure the battalion is keeping up with standards. Command also serves as a link between HiComm and the rest of the battalion by enforcing any ruling they give/enforcing new standards set by them. Command also communicates with the rest of the battalion by talking to the officers and NCOs to get an understanding of the current state of the battalion. Command also incentivizes activity by promotions and Flag Ups giving troops the proper push to be the best they can.

Why should we trust you with this position?: In the past I have had experience with SF as I was ARC and a ARCL at one point, and I was also a Vice Commander in 212th doing many of the duties of a Command member. I have also been with the battalion for over 3 Months now and I have a great understanding of its needs, and I believe I can do what is needed when it is needed as Command

How often can you be online?: every weekday after 5-6 pm and all day during the weekends
