Why do you wish to become a 2LT?: Because i would like to come back to having the responsibility of being an officer and trying to help develop 212th, i have been an officer in the past and i enjoyed it so this is something i am wanting to return to doing. I also like the way 212th is and how its run which attracts me to being a higher position so that i can be a role model on the server and train new recruits to follow the 212th way

What makes you qualified to become a 2LT over other candidates?: I have been a 212th officer in the past before i went on reserves, i have had many past experiences in high powered positions including, Fleet Admiral of old naval [high comm] + pilot commander, 212th 2ABL 2LT - and waxer, MC SGM. I have good relations with the 212th and have always stuck near their duties. I want to go far in 212th with the intention to do that. I also like the way 212th is going and have the intentions of following our commander in how he runs it.

What is the job of a 2LT in the Battalion?: To oversee the 212th NCOs, and help the 212th command run the battalion by showing respect and good intentions, and being a role model on the server. They should host Sims and tryouts and be proactive in the server. They should also look at making sure that the recruits are well taken care of and help the command if they need it.

Why should you be trusted with 2LT?: Because i have never put a foot wrong and have no intention too, i have been trusted with positions of being in charge of battalions, staff, gm, and high-comm and i wouldn't want the trust people have on me to disappear.
