Why do you wish to become a Command member?:

I wish to become a Command member because I want to help advance Rancor and continue guiding the regiment in a positive direction. I want to contribute to the foundation and direction that Darwin worked hard to establish while helping ensure that Rancor continues to grow and improve. I have had nothing but a great experience during my time in Rancor, and I would like the opportunity to give back to the regiment and its members. As a member of Command, I would work to strengthen the community within Rancor while also contributing positively to the server and community as a whole.

What are the duties of a Command member?:

A Command member is responsible for helping lead and manage the regiment in all aspects. This includes directly contributing to the regiment, working behind the scenes with different aspects of the server and community, and ensuring that the regiment continues to operate effectively. Command members must also lead by example, set a positive standard for the troopers beneath them, and serve as individuals that members of the regiment can look up to. They should help guide the regiment, address issues when they arise, support other members of Command, and contribute to the continued growth and success of the regiment.

Why should we trust you with this position?:

I believe I can be trusted with this position because I have extensive leadership and Command experience from previous servers. Throughout the years, I have served as Commander of the 212th multiple times, as well as holding various High Command and Management positions. These positions have ranged from Head Gamemaster to Marshal Commander. Through these experiences, I have gained knowledge of both the administrative and operational sides of managing a regiment and server. If given the opportunity, I will remain an active and dedicated member of Command and do everything I can to improve Rancor. This includes hosting trainings, assisting with regiment operations, handling issues within the regiment, and supporting the continued growth of its community. If I am in the end not selected for this position I will still remain a active member within Rancor in my current position.

How often can you be online?:

I can be online for most of the day from Sunday through Tuesday. During the rest of the week, I am generally available from approximately 3:00 PM EST to 9:00 PM EST.
