Why do you wish to become a Commander:

I wish to become a Commander because I want to help advance Rancor and continue guiding the regiment in a positive direction. I have had nothing but a great experience during my time in Rancor, and I would like the opportunity to give back to the regiment and its members. As the Commander of Rancor, I would work to strengthen the community within Rancor while also contributing positively to the server and community as a whole. I want to grow back our numbers to what we used to be at.

What are the duties of a Commander:

A Commander is responsible for leading and manage the regiment in all aspects. This includes directly contributing to the regiment, working behind the scenes with different aspects of the server and community, and ensuring that the regiment continues to operate effectively. Commanders must also lead by example, set a positive standard for the troopers beneath them, and serve as a individual that members of the regiment can look up to. They should help guide the regiment, address issues when they arise, support other members of Command, and contribute to the continued growth and success of the regiment.

Why should we trust you with this position?:

I believe I can be trusted with this position because I have extensive leadership and Command experience from previous servers. Throughout the years, I have served as Commander of the 212th multiple times, as well as holding various High Command and Management positions. These positions have ranged from Head Gamemaster to Marshal Commander. Through these experiences, I have gained knowledge of both the administrative and operational sides of managing a regiment and server. I have worked on numerous changes within Rancor as VCMDR, for example working with Fordo to get out the ARC Overhaul along with redoing ARC Tryouts redone for the new map. Ive worked with Flame to change up Shadow tryouts as well. I have also just been active and fairly on top of handling issues within the regiment when they come up. Whether it be people within my regiment and activity issues or other issues.
